The angled design is formed to complement your anatomy, providing security and comfort. The cup can be rolled as thin as a tampon to enable easy insertion, crafted with a smooth design and slanted rim to prevent leakage. Ideal for those who have a higher cervix or heavier flow, the cup can be used to up to 8 hours at a time.
Lily Cup A is designed for women with a medium flow who haven't given birth or gave birth via Caesarean.
Fold: Flatten the opening with the tall rim facing away from you. Then just simply roll your cup upwards.
Insert: As you would with a tampon, angle your cup towards your tailbone and insert it upwards until the removal stem is inside. The tall rim of the cup should be situated towards your back.
Placement: Run your finger around the cup to make sure it’s entirely open. If it is, it’s placed correctly - you can now wear it up to 8 hours!
Removal : Gently push the cup down and grip the stem to slowly pull downwards. Once you can feel the base of the cup squeeze it to release the seal. And - voila.

Bit harder to figure out but worth it
At the beginning I had some issues with figuring out how to fold it but once I got used to it I find it more comfortable to use than my others cups, also love the color of it
