This is a great toner, clears skin up. Dont use it on inflamed or sore skin as it’s quite harsh.

Holy Grail product
This is my holy grail product I use it for everything! Scalp exfoliator, face toner, KP on upper arms, dry cracked heels! Can’t rate it highly enough! Probably on my 10th bottle.

Strong
This is really strong so definitely work your way up starting with just once a week. I used it on my face and it was way too strong and damaged my skin barrier (probably my error) so I only use it on my KP on my arms now.
