Routine: Download the FOREO app to unlock and register your device before first use. You can do this by scanning the QR code on the back of the packaging, or on the Quick Start Guide that comes with your device. Shave all hair from the area you wish to treat, then clean your skin and pat dry. Scan your skin via the FOREO app to set your device for optimal treatment and select your preferences. Apply FOREO PEACH Cooling Gel (sold separately) to your treatment area and massage into skin until fully absorbed. Then plug in your device and adjust to your preferred intensity level using the plus and minus buttons. Start your treatment by placing the full treatment window of the device on your skin. For larger treatment areas use the gliding mode, by holding the flash button and gliding along skin. For smaller areas, use stamp mode, by pressing and releasing the flash button. For sensitive areas, you can use the lower intensity levels. Once you've finished your treatment, wipe the treatment window clean with a wet, lint-free cloth.

I can tell it's working!
I can tell that it's definitely working! I love the fact that it's travel sized so I can ideally take it anywhere I please and have my treatments done on the go! It's super easy to use, doesn't hurt and it definitely was a wise investment on my part. I'm loving every minute of it!

Ideal
This little thing is ideal, I'm very pleased! It's painless, quick and easy to use. I'm still on the weekly treatments for now, it's currently week 3 for me and I seem to be a lot less hairy than before, so far so good!
