Text, Instant plumping hydration. A Bottle drops into the screen plunging in water. The serum is then dispensed from the dropper onto two fingers to apply the product to the face. A woman is on screen applying the serum to her face and rubbing the product into her cheeks. Text, Instantly smoother, feeling skin. The product texture appears in the dropper, in a petri dish and moved around to showcase the texture of the product. The product is then dropped into hands and rubbed together. The Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 is front and centre with water splashing around it to create the hydration effect of the serum.

This formulation contains 5 forms of hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronic acid is a humectant found naturally in the skin where it binds to water. The forms included are low-, medium- and high-molecular- weight molecules, a HA crosspolymer, and hydrolyzed HA. The formulation also contains ceramides to help keep moisture locked in. Ceramides are lipids (fatty molecules) found naturally in the skin that help protect the skin barrier. The ceramides used in this formula are known as sphingolipids. Pro-vitamin B5 keeps the skin moisturised for longer.

It’s ok but pills under other products
My skin likes this but I can’t use it under any moisturiser or foundation as it pills. Have tried using a little less but doesn’t make a difference. It feels nice on my sensitive skin so it is a shame

I have been using the ordinary company for years, I use the serum along side my clinque products, I find the serum none greasy and apply before my moisturiser, I can definitely recommend

Brilliant serum
I was a bit wary about getting a serum that was such a great price compared to my usual one, but the Ordinary didn't disappoint! It goes in really nicely, I don't need a lot and my skin feels hydrated & smoth. I add my usual moisturiser over the top & my skin is looking better than ever! Really impressed 😀❤️

I have a love hate relationship with the ordinary. Some products are great and others just don't do it for my skin. This was lovely, I use a few drops and pat on my skin after spraying with rose water. It's hydrating and smoothing, not at all sticky and is a lovely base for moisturiser. It's gentle around the eyes and I think I'd buy it again.

Great Product
This is the first product from The Ordinary I have tried & I was pleasantly surprised by how soft it made made my skin feel. I have combination skin but it didn't cause any spots or congestion and the packaging was practical and easy to use. A great serum for the price point.

Goes on well
I got this product to review and been using it a few weeks. Firstly it goes on lovely, a gel like texture which absorbs really well unlike another Ordinary product which I have which can be runny. It feels lovely on the skin, my skins feels really hydrated however I’m not sure it gives such a plumping effect as I have used with other hydrolic acids but all the same a really nice product to hydrate. A little goes a long way.

i Have been testing this for past 3weeks, good product ,very affordable , absorbed really fast, was not very sticky just wished bit more nicer scent to it, but apart that is fab
