Education is a key element of our sustainability scheme. We want to empower our customers with the knowledge and tools to make informed decisions about their beauty purchases.We are committed to being transparent about our sustainability journey, including sharing progress towards our goals, challenges we face, and how our customers can be part of the solution.

- We promise to make sure everything we communicate on sustainability is clear and transparent. That means reducing abbreviations and clearly explaining what everything means and why it is important.

- We promote responsible trading and marketing, reducing the volume emails and ensuring teen safe skin.

- We commit to a minimum of 2000 hours of volunteering in 2024, with all staff encouraged to do 2 days volunteering per annum by 2025.
