The hair gummies feature a blend of biotin, zinc and selenium that help to contribute to the maintenance of normal hair. Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal skin while vitamin C and E contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress that can lead to potentially higher fall-out rates. Complete with a delicious strawberry flavour, the soft gummies double as a tasty sweet treat.

I used these for about 2 months and didn't notice any difference in my hair growth, which was a little disappointing, although I did notice my hair was looking a tiny bit shinier, but not enough to continue using these vitamins. I think they may work better for some people than others, so definitely worth giving them a go and seeing how you get on with them!
