After cleaning the zit, dampen skin to prep for application. Peel off one Zit Zapping Dot (the black and red dots are equally effective!) and gently press over the zit, covering completely. Like a sticker, the side of the dot that peels away from the plastic backing is the side that is placed on top of the zit, to zap it! Press edges to make sure it sticks. Keep dot in place for 8-10 hours (yes, you can sleep in it!), then remove gently and discard.

Other brands better
Bought these when my daughter had run out of another brand she has. These are odd! The fact the are blacj & red is a little strange. Some stayed on, some just fell off. Other brands out there better.

To start with, these 'stickers' are a nightmare to peel off of the backing sheet. 4 of the 7 I've attempted to use have come off in pieces. The second issue Is that they do not stick to the face. At all! Of all the stickers I've tried, not one has stuck on for more than a few minutes, despite following all directions. I would not recommend this product.

These are dreadful. Difficult but not impossible to get off the backing plastic, they don't stick to the skin well because of the layer of 'Tomato' and 'Charcoal' on the underside which just slips and slides around your skin and to top it off, the red 'Tomato' ones just left me with dried almost burnt looking skin around where I applied it. Save yourself the grief, buy normal Hydrocolloid dots instead from any other brand. Don't even buy these in an emergency like I did.

Poor quality
These are really difficult to get off of the plastic without tearing them to pieces and then they don’t stick to your face either. Would not recommend spending your money on this product!

Too difficult to use
Generally spot patches are great but these are way too difficult to get off the plastic, it’s like they’re too dried out. Wouldn’t recommend.

They work but they're difficult to use
I found these dots to be extremely difficult to use, I have use other 'zit dots' and have not had as much trouble as with these, I have used 12 of them so far and every single one has broken trying to peel it off of the plastic it comes on, something they could definitely work on. However, they do work. I woke up in the morning after having them on all night and my spots were still there but were gone by the afternoon, its like the process was sped up by using these. I would recommend them if you have the patience to try and peel them off the packet for 10 mins if not maybe give some different ones a go first
