Not amazing, upset my stomach a lot
I tried these for the 12 week period, and honestly just didn't find they worked. My oils did dry up slightly and some acne was reduced... However, I experienced an upset stomach, and since stopping my bloating and cramps have reduced massively... Not convinced and kind of wished I'd spent the money on probiotics or something

Honestly I was expecting good things with these supplements given that they are quite expensive and have great reviews. I used them for 3 months and they didn’t help clear my acne whatsoever. Maybe they stopped my skin from getting worse and I guess I’ll never know if that’s the case but I won’t be buying them again after giving them a go for 3 months
