My hairdresser recommended it and I love this stuff!!
Got quite wavy frizzy hair and use it a number of different ways and always get great results. I usually use it with a tiny bit of serum mixed in and use a diffuser on my hair dryer to style my hair curly. If I straighten it either with ghd’s or with the hair drier it always comes out amazing and I get a good few days before needing to wash my hair and start again.

altherna hemp straightening balm
i have quite thick course hair, it is in good condition but a little fluffy, wasn't sure about this at first but after i had finished drying my hair was pleasantly surprised, my hair was pretty straight( i do need a trim so hopefully results will be even better) although my hair is still a bit fluffy so will need to use serum etc to calm it down, but all in all a good product

I've tried many straightening products both cheap and expensive and was sceptical about the claims of this one. I can honestly say without doubt that this product is the only one I will be using from now on. I have long, fine corkscrew hair but there's lots of it. You need to use two 10p size dollops which feels like a lot and feels slimy when you run it through your hair but it really does work. It cuts down blowdrying time, leaves your hair really straight (it stays straight all day), your hair feels very soft and looks shiny and doesn't make your hair feel dry or greasy. Fab product!!

Nothing Better
I have been using Alterna Hemp Seed Straightening Balm for the past two years and wouldn't go back to anything else. I have very large cury hair that can be very frizzy. This is the most controlling balm I have ever used that doesn't dry my hair out with use like other brands. This doesn't contain alcohol which drys curly hair out more to make the hair frizzy.

best straightening balm I've ever used
This is the best straightening balm I've ever used. Makes your hair lovely and soft after using straighteners on it, thoroughly recommend it but don't waste your money on the shampoo and conditioner, I was really disappointed with it.

Best thing EVER!
I love this product! I'm shocked! My hair is straight, i just had to blowdry it, and this product doesn't make my hair feel fat or dirty. It's amazing!! I just got a lot of comments on my hair, people saying it looks greate :D
