The bath soak is infused with essential oils that work to stimulate the body and impart a tranquil fragrance. A blend of anti-inflammatory turmeric, cinnamon and ginger helps to relieve muscle tension and discomfort, while antioxidant-rich rosemary soothes and uplifts.
Active ingredients arnica and patchouli leaf extract, rich in natural phytocannabinoids, lend protective and calming properties. Add to your bathtime routine and inhale the relaxing aromas as you soak.
Pour generously into warm running water and inhale the comforting aromas as you soak.

Quite like the scent of this but not a smell I would use if trying to recreate a spa like soak, I use it after the gym. I’m not sure that it helps with muscle aches anymore than a bath helps!

LOVE but need a bigger bottle!
Smells so good, your skin feels so soft. I started using this when I was ill and muscles were aching and I felt at ease after getting out the bath so I’m gonna go ahead and say it does work. However, it’s only a small bottle, I only got 3 uses out of it so if you have baths regularly buy a couple bottles at a time.

The smell of this is amazing when you open the bottle but takes a lot to get a good aroma in the bath. It feels really nice on your skin though. I tend to put some in the bath and the rub some on the back of my neck and chest so I can really smell it.
