Type 2/3 Wavy Curly Hair
3Sooo I bought these after an aveda representative assured me they would be suitable for wavy/curly hair. I wanted more shine and softness without stripping my scalp. The shampoo is great, do a double cleanse and your hair will feel amazing. The conditioner has little to no slip though, it made detangling very difficult. Also even after I used my be curly styling products, my curls couldn’t bounce back and so just looked wavy. This is the only reason I gave it 3 stars! I believe it’s a decent product for anyone with wavy and straight hair. I decided to keep the shampoo as a deeper cleansing one but I won’t be using the conditioner again. Pairing this shampoo with the be curly range really works for me though. Now I use the be curly shampoo once a week and this shampoo for a deeper cleanse to help remove product build up (gotta keep that scalp clean!) FYI silicones and sulphites aren’t bad for your hair! Like most influencers will have you believe... This company is worth investing in!

Expected more
2I have read a lot of reviews on the internet about the best shampoos and conditioners for shiny hair and Aveda brand popped up. I have decided to give it a go and try it and if to be honest I'm not impressed. The smell isn't great and it does't give much shine to my hair. I wouldn't recommend it.
