I love this spray after cleansing to balance out the hard water and give a little extra hydration before my serums. Also I have sensitive skin so after my skin has reacted to something, I just spray this and it always does the trick. Needless to say in the summer it is a must must have to refresh during the day!

I use Avene thermal spring water every time I feel my skin itchy and dry on my body. It calms in few seconds. Also in my morning skincare routine as a toner, it is magic in a bottle. I strongly recommend it.

I used it in my pregnancy aswel, the bottle last ages and is even better when you put it in the fridge!!! Super cooling and great on hot feet too!!!
