Nourish and nurture dry, itchy skin with the Avène XeraCalm A.D. Lipid-Replenishing Cleansing Oil. Suitable for eczema-prone skin, this gentle cleansing oil features an ultra-hydrating formula designed to reduce the itching sensations caused by dryness.
Enriched with cer-omega, the oil features omega-6 and ceramides, helping to support the skin’s epidermal barrier and protect against dehydration. Infused with Avène thermal spring water, the formula boasts anti-irritating properties, helping to promote a smooth, soft surface.
Formulated with minimal ingredients to reduce the risks of allergy, the oil helps to enhance the skin’s retention of moisture while comforting and soothing problem areas on the face and body.

Good for sensitive skin
I started using this cleanser after reading about double cleansing. It recommended using an oil base cleanser first to take your make up and spf off. I use avene antirougeurs cleansing lotion next. I have rosacea and i found this product took my makeup off easily and didn't irritate my skin at all and only a little amount needs to be used. It is a big bottle so I expect it will last a while. Very good cleanser.

I really wanted to like this product as an oil cleanser for my face but my goodness does it sting around the eyes. It is affordable as a face cleanser but not as a body cleanser. So, this is ending up as a very expensive shower gel unfortunately.
