I just started using this and had to write a review, over the years I have spent a lot of money on every brand and every type of product from the very expensive to high street I bought a kit an this is part of it first of all I did not even know there is a cleaning cloth included in the box and after massaging into my face and washing of my skin is ribbon soft,clean smooth and fresh looking. I followed this with the Balance me Radiance face oil which I thought would be greasy but my skin has drank it up. Im very happy with my purchase.

Nice....... but
This cleanser is nice but it leave a slight film on your face. Slightly too heavy for everyday use - perhaps because it’s oil based. That being said, it’s still a good product and leave skin looking and feeling nice.

This balm is amazing as a first cleanse or am cleanse. It has the consistency of the elemis cleansing balm but with a few slightly rougher bits in. This gives the feeling of a mild exfoliation. It leaves your skin feeling smooth, soft and clean without it feeling tight or stripped. I absolutely love Balance Me products and this is no different. My skin is super super sensitive and dry/eczema prone and I can use this product anywhere on the face without it irritating my skin.

Great Cleansing Balm
I really liked this cleansing balm. I chose it because I was looking to try something different to the usual high price tag cleansing balms i usually buy. The consistency is quite thick to begin with, almost difficult to squeeze out of the tube. But then i slightly warm between my fingers and start to massage into my skin. I have no issues with the effectiveness of removing / dissolving my makeup, it smells amazing, the only thing I'm not sure about is the grainy texture of it. Initially i really enjoyed the grainy texture as it gave a good polish to my skin, however I'm not certain i want to have a kind of scrub on my face every single day. My skin can be quite sensitive and i don't think could take the grainy texture daily, so I've actually been using it a few times a week, instead of every night. Still deciding if i will repurchase...

Not for sensitive skin or rosacea
This smells amazing and does a great job of a deep cleanse, however it does contain grains of oat and is therefore slightly abrasive. This didn't agree with my sensitive skin which is prone to rosacea and therefore doesn't react well to physical exfoliants.

I absolutely love this product. It's perfect for my dry, dehydrated and sensitive skin. I always leave it on my face for 4-5 minutes like mask, and remove it with hot wet cloth. After this little facial my skin feels so good that even don't need any moisturizer.
