Love this stuff
Firstly , no, this dosent buff your lips whatsoever. Theres absolutely zero grit to it. It's just a lip balm. I personally love it tho as it leaves my lips with a subtle tint and softens them. I use it under my lipstick and find it helps it glide on like a dream

Not what I expected
Lovely as a balm and has a tiny hint of colour but no 'buff' to it, I've tried it several times on my lips and the back of my hand and there seems to be nothing to it that would buff or scrub your lips
