Love the surprise!
4I would have given this 5 stars but I didn’t receive the right size on 2 x items (just sample sizes), this was disappointing but LF sorted the problem promptly

A bit repetitive
3I love getting my box every month and the products are always great, but I’ve been getting the box since March and these past few months in particular have been too samey for me. I’d like to see more make up to be honest, and less hair care and face masks.

Feedback on bb
4I have been subscribing for a long time now and always happy with most items. Would be nice to receive more items for nails and feet. I have a lot of hair masks and scrubs. I haven't received Nov yet but as it isn't in a nice box anymore and we no longer get the nice booklet with info and tips you would think the subscription price may have dropped a little? As LF must be saving a lot of money on these two things x

Great products
4Loved the products in the box. Only thing I'd say is it wasn't delivered when first dispatched but customer services resolved this quickly and a replacement was sent. I have also just received my November box too and really happy with it.

Disappointed
3Everything was basically sample size, doesn’t seem worth the money honestly. I didn’t get any of the product I wanted from the lucky dip, I wish you could choose what you received. It would make the subscription feel like it’s worth it.
