I love the box but I am missing an item and I have received a substitute item. I received a different serum than advertised but ok with this as it’s still great. I’m glad I subscribed but shame I was missing an item. Can’t wait for next months. Such good value

Well what can I say, super happy, having had a subscription to another beauty box for some years and becoming increasingly disappointed I jumped ship and and am very happy with my decision to do so. The Rituals cream was the initial draw for me and it’s so luxurious, the face peel made my skin feel renewed and glowing, having the brush to apply it with was super helpful. I love the Ciaté coconut lip oil made my lips super soft. Overall very impressed. Looking forward to next months box
