1. These terms and conditions (‘Terms and Conditions’) govern the LF Beauty Plus+ Loyalty Programme (‘LF Beauty Plus+’), which includes the collection and redemption of Plus+ +Points (‘+Points’) and any LF Beauty Plus+ rewardsand incorporate the terms and conditions that govern the use of the https://www.lookfantastic.com/ website and any equivalent local websites.These Terms and Conditions set out the terms of contract between THG Beauty Limited (‘us’, ‘we’ and ‘our’) via LOOKFANTASTIC and each member of LF Beauty Plus+ (‘Member’, ‘You’, ‘Your’).

2. LF Beauty Plus+ is intended for personal use only to reward customers of LOOKFANTASTIC with rewards and +Points based on spend exclusively with LOOKFANTASTIC. +Points are intended to be converted to credit to be spent on future purchases with LOOKFANTASTIC.

3. LF Beauty Plus+ is open to all LOOKFANTASTIC customers on www.lookfantastic.com (‘Website’) aged 16 or over. Entry is free with no purchase necessary.

4. You will need to have a LOOKFANTASTIC account and opt-in to LF Beauty Plus+. Members are only entitled to one LF Beauty Plus+ account each. LOOKFANTASTIC reserves the right to refuse, merge or close additional accounts at any time and to forfeit +Points issued to such account without liability.

5. By enrolling into LF Beauty Plus+, You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions so we recommend that you read these carefully.

6. The +Points are issued by and remain the property of LOOKFANTASTIC who may, at any time, terminate or alter the operation of LF Beauty Plus+ or make changes to these Terms and Conditions and will give You reasonable notice of any amends. Earning or redeeming +Points will be seen as acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

7. You may opt out of LF Beauty Plus+ at any time by logging into Your account on the Website and selecting ‘Opt Out’.

8. You will be rewarded with 400 +Points when you opt-in to LF Beauty Plus+ and fully complete a Beauty Profile.

9. You collect 25 +Points for every product review completed(“Reviews”)on LOOKFANTASTIC.

10. +Points are rewarded to Reviews against validated purchases only. Your previous purchases can be accessed through Your account.

As a member of LF Beauty Plus+, You may be given exclusive priority access to sales events, new launches, product bundles and free gifts from time to time.

11. By providing a Review, you are granting us with a perpetual exclusive right and license to use it (including name of customer, statements, audio-visual recordings) in any medium.

1. You will receive a £5 gift on your birthday each year (“Birthday Gift”) if You continue to be an opt-in member to LF Beauty Plus +.

2. The £5 gift will be in the form of a unique code emailed to You and subject to normal LOOKFANTASTIC brand and product exclusions.

3. The Birthday Gift will be emailed to you 7 days prior to your birthday. 

4. To be eligible you must complete a Beauty Profile, provide Your date of birth and opt-in to receive email marketing.

The details above must be completed 7 days prior to Your birthday month for the gift to be sent to You.

1. You will start earning +Points when You place an order and it has been dispatched.

2. You will earn 5 +Points for every £1 spent on www.lookfantastic.com (excluding shipping costs). +Points are rewarded on the value of the basket minus any promotional discounts. +Points are also earnt on the value of a LOOKFANTASTIC Beauty Box subscription.

3. To earn +Points on purchases on the Website, You must be signed into Your LOOKFANTASTIC account at the point of purchase.

4. Where You make a purchase on the Website in Your local currency, the number of +Points You earn will be calculated using the British Pounds Sterling value of Your purchase in accordance with the exchange rate on the day of the transaction.

5. +Points will be added to your account after 7 working days of an eligible purchase being made by You on the Website.

6. Where a refund is issued in accordance with the LOOKFANTASTIC Returns Policy, any +Points You earned for the refunded purchase will be deducted from your LF Beauty Plus+ account.

7. We may occasionally offer promotions under which You may earn additional +Points. Any such promotion will be subject to the terms and conditions issued with that promotion.

8. LOOKFANTASTIC may set a limit on the number of times +Points may be awarded for promotional items on which additional +Points are available. Individual promotions may have different limits as communicated in their purchase conditions. Any participation in promotional offers above and beyond what could objectively be considered consumer behaviour or personal use may be considered as abuse of LF Beauty Plus+.

9. You can check your LF Beauty Plus+ +Points balance at any time via Your account on the Website.

10. The +Points You earn will remain in Your LF Beauty Plus+ account until they are converted into Credit (defined below) or until they expire.

11. +Points are non-transferrable.

12. The maximum +Points available to earn per transaction is capped at 10,000.

13. The maximum +Points a Member can accumulate over a 12 month period is 100,000.

+Points will expire 365 days following issuance if they are not converted into Credit.

1. +Points must be converted into account credit (”Credit”) to spend on the Website via the Your Account section.

2. 500 +Points is worth £5 Credit.

3. At the time of converting your +Points to Credit you will have a choice of currency. If your preferred currency is not GBP You will be required to select Your preferred currency available at the time of conversion.

4. After you have converted +Points to Credit you will not be able to exchange Your Credit for an alternative currency.

5. For local currencies, the value of Credit is based on the exchange rate and may be subject to change.

6. To convert Your +Points into Credit, You must log in to your account on the Website and follow the instructions provided. Once Your +Points have been converted, they will be deducted from Your LF Beauty Plus+ +Points balance, and You will receive the corresponding amount of Credit. Credits will be visible in Your Shopping Basket.

7. +Points can be converted in multiples of £5, £10, £15, £20 or £25. The minimum conversion to Credit is £5, there is no upper limit to conversion if the +Points are available to redeem.

8. Once +Points are converted to Credit, the Credit will expire after 30 days.

9. Credit is valid for a single transaction only. Credits can be redeemed against any product or subscription on LOOKFANTASTIC, subject to normal LOOKFANTASTIC brand and product exclusions.

10. Credit must be selected at point of purchase to be redeemed against the purchase. If not selected, Credit will remain visible in Your Shopping Basket until expiry.

11.Credit cannot be exchanged or used to purchase LOOKFANTASTIC gift vouchers.

12. You can see Your eligible Credit and converted Credit when You log in to Your Account on the Website.

13. You will be assigned a tier (”Level”) based on Your accumulated +Points balance.

14. The Levels are:

Level 0 = <1249 +Points
Level 1 = 1250 - 1749 +Points
Level 2 = 1750 – 2999 +Points
Level 3 = 3000+ +Points

15. You will remain in Your Level for 12 months (“Membership Year”), unless Your accumulated +Points balance reaches a higher Level threshold which will result in You entering a new Level.

16. To maintain Your Level for a further 12 months, You must earn enough +Points to meet the minimum required threshold of that Level before the Membership Year ends or You will be moved to a lower Level based on the total Points earned during Your Membership Year.

17. Your Level is limited to the spend using your LF Beauty Plus+ account. Any spend outside of your LF Beauty Plus+ account will not contribute to Your Level.

18. Your Level determines a reward (“Reward”) that is available to use during the Membership Year.

19. Rewards are subject to change at our sole discretion.

20. At Level 1 you will be rewarded £10 off Your next order on LOOKFANTASTIC. This will be sent by email in the form of a unique code by within 24 hours of achieving the Level. The unique code will be subject to LOOKFANTASTIC’s normal terms and conditions and exclusions. The code will be valid for 365 days. You must opt-in to receive email communications from LOOKFANTASTIC.

21. At Level 2 you will be rewarded a one-off free LOOKFANTASTIC Beauty Box. You will receive, by email, a unique code and link to select your LOOKFANTASTIC Beauty Box within 24 hours of achieving the Level. The LOOKFANTASTIC Beauty Box reward is subject to change and availability each month. You must opt-in to receive email communications from LOOKFANTASTIC This is in addition to the Level 1 reward.

22. At Level 3 you will be granted access to the LOOKFANTASTIC Review Panel and will be invited to exclusive brand experiences from time to time.[LA3] This is in addition to the Level 1 and 2 rewards.

The LOOKFANTASTIC Review Panel will allow You to access existing and new, free product samples. You will receive an email invitation to take part when an opportunity is made available based on your profile. Participation is not mandatory.

You will receive invitations to exclusive brand experiences throughout the year. These will be free to attend and subject to availability. Participation is not mandatory.

You must opt-in to receive email communications from LOOKFANTASTIC.

23. LOOKFANTASTIC may decline to issue, withdraw or cancel LF Beauty Plus+ accounts or +Points (in whatever form) and / or remove a Member from the programme at any time where LOOKFANTASTIC has a reasonable belief of:

- any abuse or attempted abuse of LF Beauty Plus+;

- any breach or attempted breach of these Terms and Conditions;

- any behaviour relating to LF Beauty Plus+ or LOOKFANTASTIC that involves theft, misconduct, abusive or offensive behaviour, or supplying false or misleading information.

24. +Points awarded may be removed or cancelled if LOOKFANTASTIC determines that the points were collected in breach of these Terms and Conditions or were awarded in error. For the avoidance of doubt, any advice or actions of our staff that is contrary to these Terms and Conditions will not have the effect of changing these Terms and Conditions.
