These are a bedside must have travel essential for a calming night sleep I use these and then place my silk eye mask on to and they stay in place all night

These are the best thing! They relaxed me so much I fell asleep and when I woke up I felt so refreshed. If you’re ever struggling to sleep I would recommend using one of these as you will drift off with ease. I would imagine these being really good when you have a bad headache or migraine.

Great little masks to help aid sleeping/ relaxing.  I found these heat up quickly, a hold the heat for longer than others (have tried popmasks and Lacura ones). These also have a much more pleasant scent than the others! A win for me, and I’ll happily re-purchase in future.
