It’s ok.
It does seem to leave a bit of a film behind. Maybe it’s just me and I’m not used to how micellar works, but I’m not a fan of the film. Skin feels clean, sort of, but also like it has gunk on it.

The best micellar water.
The best micellar water I've used so far, effectively removes make-up, dirt and oil from the skin. I will definitely continue to use it and recommend it to others.
