If desired, apply your favourite serum before you begin rolling. You can roll the needles in three directions - vertical, horizontal, and diagonally. Spend no more than a total of two minutes using the roller in one session. Start by gently rolling up and down your forehead, cheeks and chin. Do not apply too much pressure and stay away from the eye area. You can then switch to horizontal movements followed by diagonal ones.

Not a replacement
I would say that this isn't a replacement for microneedling at a salon. It is just a light touch. With that you don't get as much irritation and dryness post treatment so there are pros and cons but I think I will still visit a salon for the treatment occasionally.

Lovely
Used for the first time last night, watched a tutorial so I knew what I was doing and skin feels amazing today! Would defo titles recommend for cheaper way if microneedling at home

Strange device
Not sure if I’m using it correctly but it tingles on your face and you can feel the needles. I’m sure over time it’ll do the skin some good.

Gimmick?
I have always suffered with thinning hair at the temples, especially after have a child 5 years ago, the rest of my hair is long and thick but not here. I have also noticed the front of my hairline thinning. I have been using this a couple of times a week and I’m sure I can see some new baby hairs, only time would tell but so far so good

It works !
Easy to use, and ac to actually works! I was surprised by the results! I try and use once or twice a month and always notice a difference afterwards, leave skin plumper and healthy looking and makes my pores seem smaller
