Our long-term targets are ambitious, but we believe they are necessary to drive real change. Our ultimate goal is to achieve net zero carbon emissions by 2040. This will involve a combination of reducing our emissions as much as possible and offsetting the remaining emissions through verified carbon offset programs.

Our promise to you:

- Be Net Zero by 2040, ten years ahead of the UN’s Paris Agreement.

- Reduce our scope 1 and 2 emissions by 42% by 2030 from 2020 base year.

- Have zero waste to landfill across all our operations by 2030.

- Make our packaging 100% recyclable or renewable by 2025.(Our new Beauty Box packaging has reduced emissions by 72.48% on the previous packaging!)

- Reduce the number of split shipments and damages to less than 0.1% globally by 2025.

- Reduce delivery emissions by offering an “Eco Delivery” option at checkout where the “final mile” is completed on bike, by foot or electric vehicle. We will also plant a tree through More Trees on every order placed through Eco Delivery.
