With a crisp, clarifying scent, the Carrière Frères candle brings a clear, herbaceous ambience to any room. Infused with Rosemary, the candle harnesses the wild, botanical aroma of what’s often known as the crown herb. Richly aromatic and fresh, shrubs of rosemary grow in the dry conditions of the Mediterranean limestone hills. The plant often featured in Greek and Roman societies when people would create braided crowns that they believed would enhance their mind and memory. The scent has a stimulating, uplifting quality that is sure to invigorate and revitalise any space.

Housed in sleek white packaging, the candle has a contemporary silhouette while remaining true to its more traditional roots. To the front, a botanical illustration is framed by an octagonal label that’s inspired by the style of ancient apothecaries.

Burning time: 45 to 50 hours.

Never leave a lit candle unattended, and do not burn one for more than 2 hours at a time. Always burn a candle until the entire surface liquifies, and allow it to solidify before re-lighting. Keep the wick trimmed to ¼ inch at all times, to avoid any black smoke. Gently re-position the wick while the wax is still molten. Always protect the surface on which the candle rests. Once only ¼ inch of wax remains, blow out the candle and let it fully cool before safely discarding it.
