Create classic curls, bouncy beach waves or big, blown-out styles with CLOUD NINE’s The Curling Wand. Suitable for all hair types, the innovative tool features variable temperature controls for you to choose the safest heat for your strands.

Made with a moisture-locking, mineral-infused ceramic barrel, the 25mm-wide wand encourages a glossy shine with a smooth, flyaway-free finish. Its almost instant heat-up time allows for quick and easy styling, while an automatic switch off after 30 minutes of inactivity offers some peace of mind when using the thermal tool.  

Step 1: Start with dry hair.

Step 2: Shake your CLOUD NINE Magical Quick Dry Potion heat protector spray to activate the lightweight conditioners, then spritz your hair to provide heat protection.

Step 3: Create a section at the back of your head, near the hairline and secure it with CLOUD NINE Croc Clips.

Step 4: Select the temperature on your wand hair curler using the temperature control switch. Temperatures range from 125-175°C. Use the Temperature Calculator to discover the best heat setting for your Curling Wand.

Step 5: Wrap a section of hair around the barrel of your CLOUD NINE styling wand and away from the face, using the heat-resistant glove to protect your hand. Hold and release to let the hair cool.

Step 6: Repeat for each section of your hair. The barrel of the wand is infused with our signature healing mineral sericite for optimum results. It works to seal the hair’s cuticle and lock in moisture for shinier hair every time you style.

How should I store my Curling Wand?
Only put your curling wand away once it has fully cooled down. Keep the plug away from the barrel to avoid any scratching and try not to wrap the wire too tightly around the wand, but loop it in your storage case instead.

Does the Curling Wand have an automatic switch off?
The wand features the brand’s Hibernation Mode technology, which means it will automatically turn off after 30 minutes. Unlike the straighteners, it can not detect if the tool is still in use, meaning it will power down after this time whether you are still using it or not. To disable this and keep the wand on non-stop, press the auto button, which will turn off the blue light.

What’s the difference between the Curling Wand and the Waving Wand?
The Waving Wand has a larger barrel to create softer waves, while the Curling Wand encourages high-shine, bouncy curls.
