The device is made with a variety of different features and technologies to help protect the integrity of your hair. Revive Mode™ works to minimise the risk of breakage with Axial Vibration™, an innovative technology that ensures minimum friction as the iron glides through the lengths. Supporting a snag-free styling experience, the wide floating plates utilise Spring-Flex Technology™ to help protect against damage.
The tool’s variable temperature control allows you to customise your routine to suit your specific hair type. Meanwhile sericite, a moisture-locking mineral found in the iron’s plates, visibly enhances the hair’s strength, smoothness and shine. Complete with a heat-resistant style case.
Step 1: Start with dry hair.
Step 2: Shake the CLOUD NINE Magical Quick Dry Potion to activate the lightweight conditioners, then spritz your hair to provide heat protection.
Step 3: Section your hair and secure it with CLOUD NINE Croc Clips.
Step 4: Select your temperature using the temperature control switch below the floating ceramic plates. Style at lower temperatures for optimum hair health.
Step 5: Activate Revive Mode™ for smoother styling with less heat.
Step 6: Smooth the Wide Iron Pro through each section of your hair from root to tip. Repeat section by section.

The plates are two inches wide, making the Wide Iron Pro perfect for those with thick, long or coarse strands as it straightens more hair at once.
Should the plates touch on my Wide Iron Pro?
The Wide Iron Pro is designed with floating plates that glide over the hair rather than clamping down; this is to help minimise damage. You may notice that when your iron is switched off, there is a slight space between the plates, even when pressed together. This gap will reduce when they are switched on.
How do I know when my Wide Iron Pro is ready to use?
The digital temperature panel will illuminate once your tool is switched on. When the product has reached your selected temperature, the lights on the panel and either side of the iron will flash and then illuminate consistently.
How should I store my Wide Iron Pro?
When storing, do not wrap the cord around the iron as this can damage the inner wire. Don’t forget to keep the plug away from the plates to minimise the risk of scratching, and only put your iron away once the plates are cool. Use the accompanying heat guard to help protect your surfaces while you wait.

Brilliant for thick hair
Having always used GHD’s these were recommended to me as an alternative. I must say how brilliant they were, straightened my hair in half the time and the wider paddle managed the thickness of my hair really well

Amazing
THE BEST STRAIGHTNER! I finally made the switch to Cloud Nine and I am so pleased with it. The wide plates on this make it so quick and easy to style my hair while still maintaining control. It is fab to straighten and curl with, the plates glide so smoothly without sticking or snagging. Such a versatile straightener where I have been able to achieve so many looks. Also the temperature control is such a good feature, my hair is quite damaged from bleach so it is better I can use a lower heat to style (especially around the front of my face where my hair is more damaged) without feeling like I am compromising my hair condition too much.
