4In shower style fixer is normally my holy grail, my hair really needs that strong hold. I tried this as alternative sold out and although it’s not quite as good a hold as the shower fixer, it does leave me with lovely shiny curls. Great for refresh days with a spray of water!

Great gel
4Very strong hold, i do find it a tiny bit heavy for my finer hair however i am new to gels so it could be a lack of practice

Love this stuff!
5Brought this a while ago and used it the same as other hair product! Hair went like sticks!! But having read the instructions!! You apply to soaking wet hair! Absolutely love this stuff I use it once after washing hair and I’m set up for the few days till I wash again. I just top up with a light hold gel between washes. (a curl can dream gel)

Good gel
5Having used Aveda gel for a while I wanted to try something with more hold. This is a great gel for curl longevity although I need to wash my hair more often as curls can feel weighed down and stringy after a while. Does exactly what it claims though which is provide strong hold for curls. As with most curl products its trial and error and I think my curls need something with less hold in hindsight.

Good product but to strong for thin curls
4Good product but to strong for thin curls . I need to use this mixed with a light serum to work well with my hair. Maybe has more effect on thick hair. is a good product though.

My go to
5Brilliant strong hold gel I use to layer over mousse for a longer hold. Doesn't weigh down my curls and really does add shine. The lack of scent is also a bonus!

5But, it is a bit sticky if not used sparingly. I use a thinner gel mixed with it to water it down a bit.

Top notch
5This is the best gel I have used to date! My fine wavy hair has great control and an incredible shine after applying this to wet hair... I will definitely be repurchasing this as it going to last a long while going by the size of the tube.
