To Remove Nail Polish: Moisten cotton, press and rub over nail until polish is removed.
To Remove Gel Nails: Using a nail file, gently buff away the clear top coat. Soak cotton ball with remover and place on top of nail tightly wrap aluminium foil around cotton and nail and wait 10-15 minutes.

I have brittle nails from the curse of working in health care and constant hand washing. This doesn't seem to completely strip my nails like some other nail polish removers but still removes nail polish. While it does clearly smell like varnish remover, the scent doesn't completely knock you out. It does the job and a good price but I'm still searching for the miracle nail polish remover!
