Developed for use after your morning and evening cleanse, Decree’s Preparatory Mist seeks to instantly hydrate and revitalise the complexion, while readying the skin for the absorption of subsequent skincare products.

The toner boasts an anti-pollution blend of antioxidants, helping to provide defence against environmental aggressors. A hyaluronic acid complex plumps the skin with intense moisture, while rose water lends a soothing effect. Complete with a spray nozzle for effortless application.

Vegan and cruelty-free.

Spray over a cleansed dry face and neck to prepare the skin to absorb better the serums which should be applied after application. Shake well before use. Can also be used throughout the day over make-up to refresh the skin. Avoid direct contact with eyes.
