Excellent cleanser - underwhelming scent

I love the original Elemis cleanser and the spa like smell so I was excited by the summer edition but the smell is so disappointing. It's faint, a bit of a mild lavender scent? It smells like what I would imagine their sensitive range would smell like. Still an incredible cleanser but would go back to the original and wouldn't buy this again.

Absolutely love this cleanser, I normally go for the rose version but it was out of stock so thought I would try the summer! I like it but still think I would go for the rose in future. There just isn't a better cleanser out there!

My holy grail

This cleanser is hands down the best cleanser I’ve ever used (and I’ve used a lot). It’s the balm of angels. I use this as the first step in my double cleanse routine every night. It’s the only thing that leaves my skin feeling “clean” and super hydrated. I wouldn’t be without it.

Brought this after getting a tester in my order, it smells so nice and makes your skin feel super soft after use. Feels like a mini facial. You also get a small cloth to use to rub off the product which is a lovely bonus!

You NEED this balm in your routine! I have been using it for years and every time I try something new it just doesn’t compare. Always use this as my first wash and takes all my make up off with out drying my skin.

Love this cleansing balm not so much the scent.

I usually use the Elemis original cleansing balm which I use everyday at the end of the day to remove all my make up & the days grime. I thought as Spring & Summer are on its way that I would try this one for a change. Although it does everything the original cleansing balm does, I must say I am just not that keen on the scent. It’s quite a floral scent which I kind of expected with the name being ‘Summer Bloom’ but it just reminds me of the smell of baby powder which is great if you like that kind of scent. It’s a very powdery aroma.  I much prefer the original scent but that’s the only negative for me. Overall it’s a great product, removes all my make up & leaves my face feeling super clean without drying it out, I just prefer the original cleanser so once this has run out I’ll go back to that.
