Vitamin C Capsules: Squeeze 3 drops onto palm of hand, press palms together, and smooth over face. Use remaining serum for neck and décolleté. Adjust as needed. Use morning and/or night before moisturiser.

Ceramide Capsules: Begin each Ceramide regimen with SUPERSTART Skin Renewal Booster. To open capsules, gently twist tab around twice and squeeze into fingertips. Smooth serum over cleansed face and neck morning and night before your moisturiser.
