Grainy and gritty

I have been sent a faulty product- or maybe an old one! The texture has sharp, grainy lumps in it. On my third pot and the others haven’t been like this. Lookfantastic have NOT been fantastic at resolving so far as they’re spending months “investigating”.

All time favourite cleansing balm

I've tried many cleansing balms and I always come back to this! The smell is beautiful and using the balm takes the chore of removing make-up and turns it into a little daily self care treat! I have super sensitive eyes and this has never caused me an issue either.
