This cleansing balm is so luxurious and smells fantastic. It’s all you need to get make up including mascara off in one go. Rub in and wipe off with the cloth provided, hey presto clean and soft skin. It’s my desert island beauty product, try it you won’t be disappointed

I got this free in a Christmas gift set and loved it so much I had to buy it. It is pricey but it lasts for ages and you get a gorgeous face cloth with it. I had been using a muslin cloth but this is much more luxurious. The cleanser works really well even in mascara. It has a lovely smell and leaves my skin so soft.

I absolutely swear by this cleanser - it has a beautiful fragrance and works so well with my sensitive skin which can be prone to dryness. Every time I try to use something else, it’s never as good and I always come back to this! Highly recommend.

Have dry skin, first time buying a proper cleansing balm after using wipes and micellar water for years and listening to skin guru C.hirons about the importance of double cleansing.   love the flannel it comes with, actually bought a set of 3 extra ones.  smells lovely, doesn't irritate the eyes, I wear waterproof mascara and also just had laser eye surgery so definitely didn't want anything too harsh.  definitely a convert.

It takes off every scrap of makeup, and the cleansing cloth that comes with it is divine too. It leaves my skin so soft, clear and clean.
