Really love this product, I have tried loads of lip balms and none work as well as this one has for me, I had really dry lips and this completely changed them, no pain now with dry cracked lips after using this product for only a few days

Really happy with this product. Bought as a duo with the lip gloss and I think it works lovely together. It not only leaves your lips with a nice natural colour it also leaves them hydrated and moisturised. I think both products are worth the money. Overall I am pleased with this product.

Ridiculously expensive for what it is!

First off the packaging for this is beautiful, it feels really well made and it's got a magnetic lid that snaps shut, what's not to love about that! That is the only reason I didn't give it one star. The actual lip balm is not great, it doesn't last long and doesn't feel nourishing at all, Boots own brand lip balm feels better quality than this. Feel like it's a total rip off. It really pains me to write this about an Estee Lauder product because I love their skin care range and have used it for years, but this is terrible.
