Subtle purple colour but flattering for blue eyes

After discovering that all Eyeko mascaras are tubing, I originally came to buy one in brown as they are quite hard to find. I ended up getting the purple one as it is supposed to be the one for blue eyes.  The ‘purple’ is very subtle but at the same time extremely flattering. I wanted something a bit less full-on for daytime than black and this does the trick. It goes on easily and my lashes fan out really well and definitely look curvy all day.  It’s easy to remove with warm water and it’s half the price of the kevyn aucoin one that I also use, so I’ll probably get it in black as well.

Nice mascara

I knew it would not be bright purple. I wanted a change from my usual brown. Wearable for every day, although nothing that special. I like that it is in a tube, easy to get enough product on the brush.

Nice mascara but not coloured

This Mascara applies nicely and wears nicely, but I bought purple and unfortunately, it doesn't show up at all. I wasn't expecting a bright flash of colour, but this doesn't even catch the light. 3 stars for the overall quality but 2 stars off for not doing what it says it dies, which is to add colour.
