this burns a lot so i put it on after my moisturiser which helps a little with the burn and i use only a pea size amount  this does cause dryness and irritation for me but it is worth it because it is one of the only things that actually helped to clear my acne

My daughter uses this all the time for her teenage breakouts and I use it for the occasional spot that breaks out… and it works. For me if I put this on at night the spot is gone by morning. It works on those invisible lumps too- the sore lumps you get with a spot that has no head - rub this in and the lump never erupts - it just disappears
