Meh
I have mixed feelings about this product. I bought it once before and felt pretty “meh” about it, and now that I’ve tried it again, I still don’t really get the hype. It’s not that great at removing mascara- and I don’t even use waterproof. You really have to rub your eyelid to get it off, and on top of that, it irritates my eyes. It does remove foundation well, and I use it before my cleansing oil, but with all the rave reviews, I expected something more.
