5I have seen these on social media and always thought them a bit of a gimmick - but honestly just buy them. I’ve spent a lot of money on hair products and since I’ve been using these, it’s just sprouted in length. My hairdresser is new to the salon and thought I had extensions in! It’s so shiny and in excellent condition

Love the taste

They’re good!
4I used them in the past and they did really strengthen my hair. I had bad eating habits and didn’t look after my diet during university and this really helped keep up with my nutrition so I recommend it as I hate the taste of vitamins and swallowing other supplements. Makes me feel sick to my stomach!
