- When to Use: Use the precision flock applicator.
- Application: Wear alone for a bold statement finish. If you want to create a soft and sultry lip look, try applying the Mousse in the centre of your bottom lip, before pressing lips together and blending out to create a slightly smudged, blurred effect. For a stronger, more contoured look, try using a contrasting shade of Fuller Pout Sculpting Lip Liner.
