• Application: Start by using the lip liner to not only line the outer edges of the lips, but also to fill in the entire lip area. The drier texture of the liner will give your entire lip look long wear. Next apply Ultramatter, either straight from the bullet or using a lip brush, ensuring you get a clean application on the edge of the lips. Ultramatter has an on trend matte finish, but on the days when you may want your lips to have a gloss, apply Loaded Lip Polish. To enhance your lips with a glossy sheen, apply loaded Lip Polish on top of the liner and Ultramatter, either applying all over the lip area or just keeping the Polish to the central area for an impactful sheen that doesn’t feel heavy.
