Been taking for 11 years
I started taking these before a big event back in 2005. I and others noticed a glow within a month and I seemed to have fewer "bad skin days". Stress used to really affect my complexion. I'm now 34 and have virtually no lines (and love the sun) and am regularly complimented on my skin (who doesn't love that!). Though these are not cheap, I am sure they have supplied my skin with a deep nutrition that I can honestly say is holding my skin in excellent stead as I age. I started taking Imedeen Time Perfection just two months ago and I can already see the benefits. My skin is brighter and much smoother, the lines around my eyes are also begining to soften.
