First time ordering and using a retinol product and I’m really pleased with this one. No sting. Feels nice on the skin. I need to use for longer to see if it does make a difference but so far so good.

Indeed Retinol skin surfacing lotion This is an excellent product.I have used Retinol products before and usually had some side effects of redness and irritation. I have just discovered the Indeed Retinol cream. I have used it at night for the last two weeks and it doesn't sting or irritate my skin. It makes my skin feel smooth and has reduced pigmentation from sun damage. I am thrilled with the product which gives an excellent result for a very reasonable price.

This made the skin around my mouth and nose red and swollen and break out in dozens of tiny spots. I have used other types of retinol creams before and never had a problem. It is a really disappointing product.

Changed ingredients

I absolutely use to love this product. I have been using this for over 7 years religiously. I loved it so much that I've never been interested in trying out new creams. However, only recently they have changed their ingredients and I can notice a change. My skin is a lot more sensitive/red/itchy after I apply this, the cream feels cheaper it stings a lot which is different to the original. Not a fan of the new formula. Very upset because now I have to find another night cream SIGH

Really nice feel to the cream and no irritation at all using nightly. Very frustrated with the packaging: the pump action on the tube is not effective and having to continuously pump multiple times to even get the smallest amount of product out.

I've been using this cream for a couple of weeks now in the evenings and I'm quite happy with the results - my skin is smooth, soft and glowing and I even received compliments about it. I haven't seen any improvements on fine lines though but it's probably because I haven't used it for enough time. It does not dry your skin out like some retinol products do.

I really wanted to love this after reading some of the great reviews. But I’ve been using this every night for around a month now and I have seen no difference on the couple of fine lines I have on my forehead. I also never experience any redness or peeling that some of the other reviewers have experienced. I’ve given it three stars as I do tend to wake up with smoother skin.
