Great quality but needs time to get used to
Paired with Inglots 31T brush, it is a perfect eyeliner I've had in years. Not too dark (mine is brown), easily transferred from the brush to the eyelid, stays on for a good time. Need to get used to it though, and to the fact that it gets a bit dry if left open for some time. Might be adding Duraline to it later, but for now - a great find for me.
