This shampoo and conditioner is amazing! Firstly, the smell is divine. Secondly, you really feel your hair is clean after just one wash. Conditioner makes everything feel smooth. Will definitely buy again.

After using this shampoo and conditioner combo my hair felt healthy and it really did stop a lot of breakage and hair falling out.  Definitely recommend using this product it really helped me as I was having a lot of fall out but this definitely reduced it.

I’m unsure what to make of the genesis range (shampoo, conditioner, Serum Anti-Chute Fortifiant, Defense Thermique Treatment). I have been using them all, in addition to TRESemme Care & Protect Heat Defence Spray and L'Oréal Haircare Oil, for the past 4 washes. Nutritive 8H Magic Night Serum every night also. Pros: My hair is falling out a bit less, granted it’s early days at this stage. And as a result seems to be a bit thicker/ voluminous. I have long dark straight hair which can be quite flat the longer and heavier it is.  My hair is shiny, smooth/ soft to a point, and my scalp does feel very clean. The serum doesn’t make my hair greasy,  Cons: My hair seems noticeably drier, my partner noticed! It feels slightly straw like at times, and I’ve been trying to convince myself that it’s not but it kinda is.  The smells of the shampoo and conditioner are nice, but they aren’t blowing me away? The 8HR night serum is, but that’s about it.  Overall, I think I will return to using the Olaplex range. I got loads upon loads of complements on my hair when I did, and my hair is not colour treated or damaged really but it still made a significant difference.

I bought this because my hair was thinning quite badly and was shedding. This made no impact at all. Same amount of shedding after 3 weeks use.

Not great for greasy hair

For the first few times this was good, made my hair feel clean and didn’t go greasy straight away.  After about a week, it felt like I was washing grease back in my hair, it went greasy within a day.  It smells nice and has nice packaging but I won’t be buying again

Only used it 3 times but already less hair in my brush. Hair is soft, smooth and less fly always. I’ve been suffering with broken hair and using Olaplex to try to help. This has done more in 3 washes than Olaplex did in a year!! Love it. Got the hair mask to try next
