Worst shampoo for hair growth!
1if you want hair growth stay away from this shampoo! I have used both the nutritive and resistance range from Kerastase and never had a problem. This on the other hand was my worst nightmare, made my hair fall out and I mean in clumps every time I washed it and brushed it. Hair thinned on my scalp and my scalp burned, was very itchy and sensitive after this. I know have to be very specific about hair shampoos which I have never had to do before this!

Definately worth a try
5Recently purchased this for breakage as in the winter my hair is getting worse. I have used it a couple of times and I have noticed a change. Excited for continued use results.

High hopes!
4I've not been using this long but hope to see more improvement in hair fall - after the first couple of washes, I did notice that my scalp was a little flaky and the smell is very sweet!

Big disappointment
1I have been a long time fan of Kerastase products, I usually Purchace Nutritve shampoo and conditioner but as I felt that my hair was a bit thinner during lockdown, I had no hesitation in purchasing Genesis shampoo and conditioner for a bit of a boost. I can honestly say I am totally disappointed with this product, it left my hair flat and lifeless and looking as though it required washing. In my opinion this product deserves no stars and is a complete waste of money.

5FAO Eve.. in response to your review regarding normal to oily hair, daily washing and your hairs reaction, sorry I can't reply direct to your review.. I'm a trained hairdresser and trained by kerastase, these products are each designed to target specific hair damage, and work very successfully when used on correct hair type. Based on your info, try nutritive- satin bath 1 and lait vital for conditioner.. smells Devine, light enough for daily wash. I too have normal to greasy.. greasy normally day 3 if not washed.. this stops that and hair squeaks clean x

Love it
5Following the birth of my second child (and 2020 stress in general) my hair was really thinning. I’ve been using this for a couple of weeks and I do think it’s helping. I love the smell and my hair feels really clean. As I often have to with Kerestase conditioners, I emulsify and rinse thoroughly

Perfect duo
5This was a great find for me. Shampoo and conditioner are amazing, the smell is pleasant and the hair is soft and shiny. The roots are no longer oily. Hair loss due to breakage decreased. Totally recommend.
