Really nourishing
The consistency is initially quite thick, but really wonderful and nourishing once applied to the skin. Deducted one star because of the packaging though - the tube is so rigid there's no way to get everything out, which means a lot goes to waste...

If your like me and completely ruined your skin barrier. This is your best friend. It’s so soothing and doesn’t cause any irritation. It’s really small but a little goes a long way. I sometimes layer it with the normal cream for extra hydration.

A miracle In a tube
Having bought a Kiehls product of Amazon, this was confirmed in a Kiehls store to be a fake. It had ruined my good skin, lumps all over my face and a burn. I spoke to a manager in store who recommend this alone with another product and all o can say it’s a miracle in a tube. Still some way to go but it is really helping my skin to recover and feeling more moisturized and comfortable. This will be a regular buy and a nightly routine

Weird texture, it's not right
The texture of this cream is very weird, I think there's something wrong with my item. It's not creamy, it's kind of stiff and it takes a few seconds to be able to spread on my face.
