By far the best eyeliner I have ever used . Black color that doesn’t fade during the day , stays in place , easy application.  I don’t see any cons because it is worth it’s price .  I have hooded eyelids, just the way I am and this eyeliner it’s perfect as it dries quickly and doesn’t transfer anywhere which was my biggest issue every single time I used eyeliners in past .
