Blonde shades are NOT semi permanent!
1I bought this believing it to be semi permanent as per all of the information on the listing - the wording 'semi-permanent' in bold, where it states that it lasts up to 28 washes. However THIS IS A PERMANENT HAIR COLOUR IF YOU'RE ORDERING A BLONDE SHADE! I used the hair dye and wondered why my hair was significantly lighter, upon contracting Loreal I was told that the blonde shades are not semi permanent like Look Fantastic are advertising. Look Fantastic have been utterly TERRIBLE with this, I complained to them on 10th November and despite me contacting them repeatedly, I haven't had a proper response. They've just said it's 'being investigated'. I'm really angry with how this has been handled and angry that I've ruined my hair.

5Love this hair dye, I had a bleaching disaster in January, I now only use this when I need to dye my hair, it leaves hair feeling so soft, silky and shiny. Doesn't smell to bad either, easy to apply I find it lasts really well in my hair for a semi permanent too.

4Ordered this on a whim as I decided one evening I wanted dark hair. Colour came out beautifully, doesn’t smell gross like every other box dye, easy to apply, the conditioner is gorgeous. Having now washed my hair several times the colour has faded drastically but I understand that is because of my damaged hair. Couldn’t recommend more!!
