3Was so excited to try this. Bought for my teenager daughter to help try and repair her heat damaged hair. Unfortunately it left her hair so greasy so I’ve been using it instead. I also find it leaves my hair a tad greasy. The shampoo and conditioner are small bottles but the pre treatment and serum are great sizes. I’d probably repurchase the serum as a little goes a long way.

Game changer
5My hair is very dry/frizzy with lots of split ends and has been falling out alot lately so thought I would give this a try. Didn’t have huge expectations having tried a lot more expensive brands and didn’t see much of a difference to my hair. Since using this combo I haven’t had to blow dry or straighten my hair, quick blast with the hair dryer and good to go with no frizz and a lot of shine. I’m in my mid 30s and would never have imagined leaving the house without spending hours blow drying and straightening my hair until now. Only downside is by day 2 it does feel a bit greasy but nothing a bit of dry shampoo cant sort out. Highly recommend!

Not a replacement for the redken version
2Everyone seemed to be saying that this was as good as the Redken version but after a couple of uses I have terrible build up and have had to get a detox shampoo to try and get rid of it. Will be giving the remainder away as it’s left my thick course hair feeling glaggy and unstylable.

Greasy knotty hair.
1Conditioner doesn’t go a long way at all. Leave in stuff leaves hair greasy even on drying and knotty. After a few months use I’m not seeing lovely hair just a frizzy knotty mess. Avoid.

5Loved the shampoo and conditioner. The pre-shampoo doesn't lather and I need loads for my thick hair. I'd rebuy shampoo and conditioner but not the pre-shampoo.

No difference
2I haven’t used any difference when using this product, I have quite dry frizzy hair and it looks and feels the same after using these products multiple times
