Have been dying hair light blonde for years. Thought I would give this make, shade 01 a try.  Blown away. Hardly any of the usual hair dye smell, no scalp tingling, feels so gentle on scalp. Left hair same shade as box photo though I am already very fair naturally. Beautiful shine and colour result. Definitely will not go back to other brands.

I used the rich auburn box shade 5.6 as I really liked the colour, it was very deceiving I had a nice blonde shade, I used a strip off colour to lighten my hair and made my hair a very dark cherry red! Very disappointing and now I have to strip this colour off. It went more of a Black/Cherry Red so AVOID this colour

made my hair greenish brown. absolutely nothing like the colour on the box. i had a yellow colour after bleaching and watched videos saying that using this dye can act as a toner. DO NOT USE IT. made my hair way darker and now it has a greenish tone. doesn’t go on smoothly. just terrible do not buy unless you want to ruin your hair, just go to a professional pls pls pls

My hair was a lovely natural light blonde with blonde high lights i decided to go ultra light blonde a shade down and it turned my hair grey!!!! With ginger roots!! with crazy shades through it how am I suppose to even fix this now it cost me more money to put original colour over and still grey im fuming
