Perfect mascara
5I have got dark, fairly long lashes that grow out straight at a 90 degree angle and don’t keep a curl, until I tried this. I’m in my late 50s now and have tried just about every mascara out there over the years, some good, some bad, at every price range, though I’ve usually stuck at the higher end mascaras. After becoming frustrated at the performance of some of my mascaras lately, I tried this mascara in both the brown and the black and I’m glad I did. This doesn’t clog, it doesn’t transfer and more importantly it lengthens, separate and curls every lash, which is exactly what I was looking for. I usually struggle with the bottom lashes, particularly on one eye, where the don't all point the same way abd with this, I can tease them easily so they lay flat and look half decent. My mascara looks the same at the end of the day, as it did when I first applied it. I prefer the brown, which is still very dark, as I’m quite fair, even though I have brown eyes, If there was a negative, it’s that it’s a bit tricky to take off and I haven’t quite mastered that. It doesn’t remove easily with my oil based cleanser so have found hot water and gently rubbing with a cloth seems to dislodge it, but it doesn’t appear to be a tubing mascara….I shall need to work on that.

Have both brown and black
4Best drugstore mascara I’ve tried to date. Black seems to be a bit more long wearing that the brown. They separate the lashes well and doesn’t flake. At the end of the day I do have a tiny bit of darkness under eyes but to be fair I could just skip putting it on bottom eyelashes and at this point it had been on 8/9 hours . Will repurchase for the price

5I bought this for the first time thinking I’d give it a try and I’m so glad I did! This mascara is a holy grail. I got the brown shade and it’s so so lovely. The mascara doesn’t flake or smudge at all!! Wore it to a wedding and cried all day.. mascara didn’t move! Better than any waterproof ones I’ve had and it’s not even waterproof! This will be my new go-to. The brush is also great and is perfect at getting all the lashes. I have had so many compliments on how long my lashes look after using this.

Quite nice
4I tried this in the brown colour and I like it but I’m not in love with it. The colour is pretty dark brown so still provides quite a lot of contrast on my fair skin but is noticeably less harsh than black. It does flake a bit and I find it surprisingly difficult to get it all off at night. It also doesn't hold a curl on my very straight lashes. I will use it up but probably won’t repurchase.

Not Super Voluminous
3Mascara has a good consistency, no clogging on the brush and no heavy feel or crunchy texture on lashes. Doesn’t give a huge amount of length or volume but gives a pretty natural vibe and is great to use under strip lashes.
